22mm wide x 22mm tall x 7mm thick (hollow) with flower & crescent moon design on the front and back with two 3mm loops at the top and a set of dangles

but could be coin silver

Antique White Hearts, Larger Tube Shape, Nigeria russian Blue textured oval from black palmwood24" strand of antique Venetian made glass white hearts beads, cylindrical bugle beads , traded in Nigeria in the 1800's. 4 5mm diameter, ranging in length from 14 to 18mm. Mostly deep reds, but a few orange mixed in. There are some broken or cracked beads in each strand, mostly usable, but overall in good condition. 30 beads per strand. See GTBAFR761 for smaller size.
