Forces war records shows that he was wounded in October 1917, and Red Cross records show that he was taken prisoner of war at the battle of St Quentin on 21. 3. 18 during the spring offensive, where the Oxford & Bucks suffered heavy losses. He is recorded as a released P. O. W. on 19. 2. 19. A nice researchable soldier. Condition
