and it has been enhanced sometime in the early 1900s (the upper and lower half of the bead has been spruced up with paint of some sorts)

30-32mm in diameter x 16-17mm thick (hollow) with 8-10mm loop for stringing

Over 2000 years old from various excavations in and around Afghanistan. A variety of unusual shapes, sizes and colors. Sizes range from very tiny 4mm x 2mm to the large centerpiece 27mm x 25mm x 10mm. This ancient glass has calcification and patina.
