2021 Idlewild Flora & Fauna White, North Coast, USA Slobodne distinguished aromas and a fine40% Arneis, 30% Muscato Bianco, 15% Erbaluce, 15% Favorita Farmed using organic methods VINIFICATION: The grapes were whole cluster pressed, fermented via native yeasts, left on all the lees and solids, aged in neutral oak, and underwent native secondary fermentation. Complexity and texture are gained from allowing secondary fermentation and aging on lees AGING: 4 months in neutral oak A dry, exotic, and aromatic white that doesn't stray to an over
